US WorldMeds is a closely held Delaware limited liability company, which was organized on March 23, 2001 to develop, license and commercialize unique and significant specialty pharmaceuticals that address unmet medical needs or overcome limitations of existing products.

US WorldMeds' key officers include:

• Chief Executive Officer Paul Breckinridge "Breck" Jones, founder and member of our Board of Directors since March 2001.
  
• Chief Scientific Officer George Digenis, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutics at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy.
  
• Vice President of Scientific Affairs Abeer M. Al-Ghananeem, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky, College of Pharmacy.
  
• Vice President Commercial Operations H. Lee Warren, Jr., joined US WorldMeds in 2005 with over 20 years industry experience, as Vice President of National Accounts and Trade Development.
  
• Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Jeff Staffa, Ph.D., a former FDA official with over 20 years of industry experience.
  
• Vice President of Clinical Research Charles W. "Chuck" Gorodetzky, M.D., Ph.D., former scientific director with over 20 years of experience at the NIDA Addiction Research Center in Lexington, KY and a leader in clinical research efforts.
• Vice President of Managed Markets Glenn Esgro brings more than 19 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership, managed markets and trade to the organization. Mr. Esgro will concentrate his efforts in launching future brand products that will be part of US WorldMeds portfolio.
